Description of Service
ScriptPilot is a Shopify application that allows merchants to add tracking scripts and analytics codes to their stores without manual theme editing. The service includes:
- Script injection and management
- Multiple platform support (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, TikTok, Clarity, Hotjar, GSC, Custom)
- Billing and subscription management
- Customer support and documentation
User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and all activities that occur under your account.
Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
- Platform-specific terms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Shopify's Terms of Service
Proper Use
You agree not to:
- Use ScriptPilot for illegal purposes
- Violate any third-party terms of service
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
- Interfere with other users' use of the service
Pricing and Payment
Subscription Plans
ScriptPilot offers the following subscription plans:
- Free: 1 script
- Basic: 5 scripts
- Pro: Unlimited scripts
Billing
Billing is processed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Refunds

Intellectual Property
Our Rights
ScriptPilot and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by ScriptPilot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Rights
You retain ownership of your store data and tracking scripts. ScriptPilot does not claim ownership of any content you add to your store.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon termination, all tracking scripts will be automatically removed from your store.
By Us
We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
